Whenever I go home, I never miss to eat here either with friends or family. It’s like this restaurant is a must-dine in place every homecoming. Is it the location? The ambiance? The service? Or the food?
I’d say it’s all of the above.
I’ve grown to love this place since my first visit. It’s special! It’s not only the food but the memorable gatherings I’ve had with friends and family. Sadly, I haven’t dined here with a special someone. Not yet 
August was the last time I dined at Candy’s with former co-workers turned friends. It’s one helluva of get-together. We had one big dinner coupled with explosive laughter.

Come to think of it, I think all of us had valid excuses. Besides, we hadn’t agreed on the place right beforehand so it’s OK

I wasn’t so impress with the way they cook this dish. It’s passable but not so delectable 
Classic Beef Burger (Php 185.00)
This was Ella’s food. I’m guessing she was fairly satisfied as she left nothing but crumbs on her plate

I think this came with the steak that momi Lalang ordered.
Cowboy Steak (Php 495.00)
It’s delicious enough to fill a hungry stomach. But the meat was a little bit tough for my taste.
Carbonara (Php 210.00)
Ah, ever the pasta lover That’s me! Yup, it’s so typical of me to order pasta. Promise, next time I’ll order something else.
Roast Beef Roti Wrap (Php 285.00)
Aside from pasta, I’m also a Mexican food lover. So I was a little drooling over Aimee’s beef wrap 
Butter Sylvanas (Php 160.00)
This was one huge Sylvana. This definitely cured our sweet craving
Four Season Smoothie (Php 145.00)
I love this drink but just hate the straw. Pairing a tall glass with a cheap looking straw, which you could get at any sari-sari store, didn’t do justice to this drink. Looking at it did put me off. I had to bug the wait staff to give me a decent looking straw for my smoothie. I’m that OC! 
Though I’m pretty sure I didn’t cause a scene, I think I did make a big deal out of it
Rest assured, my straw issue hasn’t deterred my want to visit Candy’s again and again. I’m actually looking forward to my next gastronomic experience there
