Meet the Scribbler

WARNING: There’s nothing special about me. Sometimes, I even think I’m boring myself to death. And up until now, I’m still a work in progress. Day by day, I get to discover how I’m going to lead my life.

But I guess I owe it to YOU, whoever you maybe, to tell bits of facts about this dainty gal named N.

I was born in 1980 in a family with a large brood. I’m the fourth child, out of eight children (aha! and they say that middle children have certain issues, but I beg to disagree ). My family is not well-heeled, but I’m proud to say that we lack not of love and care for one another. I’m very close to my dad. Although more often than not, I’ve caused him no-laughing-matter migraines . Maybe I’m just so blessed to have such an open-minded and loving father . Thank God for that!

At the moment, I juggle my time between my two jobs, test developer/writer  by day and on-line teacher by night. But quite frankly, I heart teaching more than writing. Maybe because I suck at carrying out the former.

Considering I have plenty of time and moolah, I travel. And I have this bizarre habit of not wanting to visit the place that I’ve been to already. It’s maybe because I’d like to squander my money in exploring other parts of the globe rather than go to the same place twice or thrice. So whenever opportunity presents itself, I never pass the chance to visit other regions. And someday I’d like to set my foot on these territories: Thailand, Japan, US, Paris, and Rome. But my dream destinations are the last two

When it comes to food, I’m not too picky. In fact, I sometimes like to experiment and try something novel for my taste buds (but not to that extent because I never like munching on raw food). I go hungry over Japanese, Italian, and Filipino dishes.
